What's so special about the Nano?
The DAS-6 Nano is a compact, lightweight polishing machine specifically designed for finer precision work that larger machines cannot reach. Thanks to its small size and smaller backing plates, this machine is the ideal solution for polishing narrow pillars, bumpers, headlights, mirror caps, and complex contours. Despite its modest dimensions, the Nano delivers sufficient power to effectively remove scratches and oxidation in hard-to-reach areas.
It is the perfect addition to a larger machine like the DAS-6 PRO, allowing you to treat every corner of the vehicle with the same professional finish.

How do you use the Nano?
Attach a small backing plate (e.g., 50mm or 75mm) and the corresponding polishing pad to the machine. Apply a small amount of polishing compound to the pad and set the machine to the lowest setting to distribute the compound over the specific area. Increase the speed to the desired setting and move the machine over the small work surface with light pressure.
When working in tight corners and on edges, ensure the pad remains flat and the machine does not tilt to guarantee even correction. After polishing, wipe away the residue with a clean microfiber cloth and check if the paint defects in these tricky areas have completely disappeared.
