What is so special about the Heavy Cut?
Koch-Chemie Heavy Cut (H9.02) is an innovative, coarse polishing paste of the latest generation, designed for quickly restoring extremely weathered paintwork and removing deep scratches. This "Heavy Compound" is capable of effortlessly eliminating sanding scratches up to grit P1200. Despite the very high abrasive power (Cut: 9.0), the H9.02 leaves behind an exceptionally good gloss level (Gloss: 5.0) for a product in this category. The unique homogeneous grit ensures that the product can be worked for extended periods without generating much dust, and it is also free of silicones and fillers.

How do you use Heavy Cut?
Apply a small amount of polishing paste to a suitable "Heavy Cut" pad (preferably the red Koch-Chemie Heavy Cut Pad). Distribute the product over the surface to be treated at a low speed, and then begin polishing at a medium speed and with moderate pressure. Work in a checkerboard pattern (horizontal and vertical movements) until the scratches are removed and the polishing paste begins to become transparent. Wipe off any residue with a clean, professional microfiber cloth.
Tip: For a perfect "showroom finish" without holograms, we recommend performing a second step with the Micro Cut M3.02 after treatment with H9.02. Clean the pad regularly during polishing to maintain optimal results.
