What is so special about the Automotive HSA Tape (9mm)?
The HPX Automotive HSA Tape in the 9 mm version is the "surgical" variant of the High Strength Acrylic series. This tape has been specifically developed for finer mounting work where precision is more important than pure surface coverage. Thanks to its width of only 9 mm, this tape is ideally suited for (re)attaching narrow emblems, lettering (such as model designations on the rear of the car), and thin interior trim.
Despite the narrow profile, it retains the same industrial adhesive strength as its wider counterparts: it is a solid-core acrylate foam that absorbs vibrations, provides a watertight seal, and effortlessly withstands car washes and extreme weather conditions.

How do you use the Automotive HSA Tape (9mm)?
Begin with a surgical cleaning; with narrow emblems, there is limited surface area, so adhesion must be 100%. Use a good degreaser on both the emblem and the paintwork. Cut the tape to size (or apply it across the entire back of a logo and cut away the excess with a precision knife). Press the tape firmly onto the object. Remove the red liner and place the part in the desired location.
Because 9 mm tape is often used for small details, it is helpful to place a guideline on the car beforehand using some painter's tape for proper alignment. Press the object down firmly; the pressure activates the molecular bond of the HSA technology.
