What is so special about the Inspector?
After polishing, your paint often looks better than it actually is. Polishing compounds leave behind oils that temporarily fill and mask scratches. If you apply a coating directly over that, it adheres to an oil layer instead of the paint, with all the consequences that entails for durability.
ADBL's Inspector solves this. This solvent-based degreaser removes the residues of polishing compounds and the oils they leave behind, giving you a clear view of the true correction result. Hence the name: it is as much a control tool as a preparation product.
After treatment, the paint is perfectly prepared to receive a protective layer, whether it is a ceramic coating, a sealant, or a PPF film. The product leaves no streaks and ensures excellent clarity.
Handy extra: Inspector also tackles the nicotine film on windows, for example from e-cigarettes, making it more versatile than just paint preparation. The product is ready-to-use, so dilution is not necessary.

How do you use Inspector?
- Ensure the paint is clean and cool, and do not work in direct sunlight.
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Spray the product evenly over the panel you want to degreet. Work panel by panel.
- Wipe the surface thoroughly with a clean microfiber cloth until the product has completely evaporated.
- Turn the cloth over regularly or use a fresh cloth so you do not smear the absorbed oils back onto the surface.
- Check the result under good light: what you see now is the true correction result. Touch up the polishing where necessary and degreet again afterwards.
- Apply your protection (coating, sealant, or PPF) immediately after degreasing and do not touch the degreased surface with bare hands anymore.
