The MaxShine Extension Shaft is a specially designed extension for the M0312 Mini Cordless Polisher. This shaft is the solution to the biggest challenge in precision polishing: accessibility. By increasing the distance between the machine head and the polishing pad, you can work safely and effectively in tight spaces where the machine housing would normally get in the way. Think of deep wheel spokes, door handles, rearview mirrors, or narrow air intakes. The shaft is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring stable, vibration-free rotation, even at higher speeds.

How do you use the Mini Cordless Polisher Extension Shaft?
Unscrew the current backing pad from your Mini Cordless Polisher. Screw the Extension Shaft hand-tight onto the machine shaft and then tighten it firmly (use the wrench supplied with the machine if necessary). Next, attach the desired 1.5" or 2" backing pad to the end of the extension shaft.
Before switching on the machine, always check that the shaft is straight and securely mounted. Due to the extra length, it is important to hold the machine steadily; start at a low speed to get used to the changed balance. After use, you can easily disassemble the shaft and store it in the storage case of your mini polishing set to prevent damage to the threads.
