What is so special about the Set?
This original set of carbon brushes is specifically designed to keep the motor of the MaxShine M312 polisher in top condition. As an essential wear part, these brushes ensure the power transmission to the motor; when worn out, the machine may stutter or lose power. By replacing them in a timely manner, you prevent damage to the commutator and ensure constant, powerful rotation while polishing.

How do you use the Set?
Always unplug the power cord first. Open the service covers on the housing of the M312 and carefully remove the worn brushes from their holders. Insert the new set, attach the electrical connection, and ensure that the pressure spring holds the brush correctly in place. Close the housing again and, after installation, let the machine run unloaded for one minute at a low speed so that the brushes can properly break in. It is recommended to always replace both brushes simultaneously.
