ADBL RIMTECTOR

What makes the Rimtector so special?

How do you use the Rimtector? Wheel rims are the part of your car that gets dirty the fastest. Brake dust is a fine metal powder that comes into contact with the painted surface at high temperatures every time you brake and becomes embedded there. The longer you let that buildup sit, the deeper it penetrates and the more aggressive the cleaner you’ll need to use to remove it later. So the smartest approach isn’t to scrub harder, but to make sure the dirt has less chance to stick.

That’s what ADBL Rimtector is for. It’s a sealant that creates a protective layer over your painted rims, making it much harder for brake dust and road grime to stick to them. You’ll notice the practical benefit the next time you wash your bike: it’ll go noticeably faster, because most of the dirt simply washes right off. On top of that, you’ll get a noticeable boost in shine, without the risk of streaks.

The big advantage is the convenience. You don’t have to dry or rub anything, because the product is sprayed onto the wet rim and simply rinsed off after a short processing time. That makes it a step you can easily add to every car wash. According to ADBL, the protection lasts for several weeks, depending on the weather and the products you use for washing, and it’s best to reapply it after every wash to further build up the effect. The scent is described as luxurious.
