What is so special about the Roller Finish DA?
After correction comes the step that determines your final result. At that point, you no longer want cutting power, but a pad that exclusively refines the surface: removing fine traces and bringing out the gloss. ADBL's Finish pad is made for this exact purpose.
The pad has a soft construction, meaning it supports the work of your finishing paste rather than removing material itself. This allows you to work away holograms and the absolute finest correction traces—precisely those swirl patterns that only become visible in direct sunlight or under an inspection lamp.
Despite the name "DA", the pad can be used on both dual-action and rotary machines, giving you freedom in your workflow. Moreover, it works with any type of polishing paste, so you are not tied to a single brand or formula. ADBL emphasizes the quality of the components used and the precision in production, which translates into smooth operation and low vibration.
The three available diameters cover the entire field: the largest for large panels, the middle one as an all-rounder, and the smallest for narrow areas, curves, and targeted finishing.

How do you use the Roller Finish DA?
- First perform your correction steps using the appropriate pads and compounds, and degrease the paint so you can see what traces remain.
- Choose the diameter that fits the job and the backing plate of your machine.
- Press the pad centrally and evenly onto the hook-and-loop fastener so it is not misaligned and causing vibrations.
- Apply your finishing paste sparingly to the pad and spread it across the surface at a low speed first.
- Work with cross-hatch movements and light pressure. A finishing step is about refining, not removing material.
- Always start with the pad against the panel and only lift it off when the machine has stopped.
- Wipe away the residue, check for holograms under good lighting, degrease again, and then apply your protection.
