Roller Pro Microfibre DA
The ADBL Roller Pro Microfibre DA is a polishing pad with short, densely woven microfibers: more cutting power than foam, but with a neater finish than a wool pad. The flexible intermediate layer allows it to conform smoothly to curves and hard-to-reach areas.
ADBL ROLLER PRO MICROFIBRE DA
What is so special about the Roller Pro Microfibre DA?
Microfiber pads fill the gap between foam and wool. Where foam relies mainly on the compound and wool delivers maximum cutting power but leaves a coarser finish, microfiber combines both: strong correction power and a result that is already usable without heavy rework.
ADBL's Pro Microfibre uses short, densely woven fibers. That density is important: it ensures that the pad works equally hard across its entire surface, rather than cutting irregularly as can happen with loose or longer fibers. This keeps your correction predictable over the entire panel.
What also sets this pad apart is the flexible intermediate layer between the fibers and the hook-and-loop fastener. This allows it to follow the shape of the panel instead of riding over it rigidly, which makes a big difference especially on curves, bumper sections, and hard-to-reach areas.
You can use it for both multi-step and one-step correction, for medium-heavy to deep defects: scratches, dullness, and holograms. It works on both dual-action and rotary machines.
MANUAL
How do you use Roller Pro Microfibre DA?
- Wash the car thoroughly, decontaminate where necessary, and make sure the paint is completely clean and cool. Never work in direct sunlight.
- Choose the diameter that fits the job and press the pad centrally onto the hook-and-loop fastener of your backing plate.
- Prime the pad lightly with your compound before first use, so that the fibers are evenly saturated and the pad doesn't start dry.
- Then apply sparingly and spread the compound across an area of approximately 40 x 40 cm at a low speed first.
- Finish the area using cross-hatch movements and even pressure. Microfiber cuts noticeably faster than foam, so check regularly in between.
- Clean the pad periodically with compressed air or a pad brush. Saturated fibers lose their effectiveness and can leave streaks.
- Wash the pad out after use with a suitable product, let it air dry flat, and follow up with a finishing step before applying protection.
