With a high-torque motor, compact design, premium ergonomics, and a lightweight housing, the LH 19E is one of the most capable and maneuverable rotary polishers on the market. Its lightweight and powerful design makes it the ultimate rotary polishing solution for a variety of industries, including automotive detailing, collision repair and refinishing, marine, and many more.
ROTAIR: a rotating disc, spinning on a central axis with the highest speed at the edge of the pads. Rotation is the most invasive movement on the surface and generates significant friction and heat, which can lead to burns, strike-through, and rotation-induced swirls if not used correctly. In the hands of an experienced technician, a rotary tool has the lowest vibration levels of all tool movements, but it can take a long time to learn how to use the tool properly. Rotary motion is most commonly used for polishing operations.
ANTI-VIBRATION LOOP HANDLE
An innovative loop handle allows users to hold the polisher firmly at different angles for precision and stability during polishing. The soft-grip material and special design absorb and dissipate vibrations to improve user comfort and protect sensitive surfaces from damage. The new loop handle comes standard with every tool.
ANTI-VIBRATION SIDE HANDLE
A side handle with soft-grip reduces vibrations during polishing and ensures comfortable polisher operation. The handle, featuring a new design and special materials to absorb and dissipate the machine's vibrations, can be attached to either side according to the user's preference, and is included with the DLX polisher kits.
9 METER ELECTRICAL CORD
The new extra-long 9-meter heavy-duty cord is sized to deliver maximum power to the polisher for safe, efficient operation. The longer cord saves time, effort, and hassle because the user does not need to use extra extension cords when polishing around a car.
ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL DIAL
An all-new variable speed control dial offers the ability to adjust speeds for specific applications. The dial features larger numbers, a click sensation to indicate speed changes, and is positioned for effortless adjustment during polishing.
PROGRESSIVE TRIGGER
The LH19E features a progressive trigger that adds an extra level of control. This trigger acts as a throttle that allows the user to control speeds within the range of the dial to deliver the exact speed desired and make quick adjustments as needed without interrupting the work process.
