What is so special about the Detailing Brush - Exterior?
Do you need to remove dirt from places where a wash mitt or sponge is simply too clumsy? The Soft99 Exterior Detailing Brush is the robust sibling of the interior version. This brush has been specifically developed for heavier cleaning tasks on the outside of the car, such as the grille, emblems, wheel bolts, and window seals.
The bristles of this brush are slightly stiffer and more chemically resistant than those of the interior variant. As a result, they are highly resistant to powerful cleaners such as wheel cleaners, insect removers, and APCs. Despite the extra power, the bristles are designed to be safe for paint and plastic. The all-plastic construction of the handle and ferrule ensures that you won't scratch the surface if you accidentally hit a panel while brushing in tight corners.

How do you use the Detailing Brush - Exterior?
First, rinse the area to be treated with water to remove loose sand and dirt. Apply your favorite exterior cleaner to the spot (for example, a wheel cleaner on the wheel bolts or a degreaser on the rubber seals).
Use the Soft99 brush to gently work the cleaner in with circular or back-and-forth motions. You will see that the brush helps to loosen dirt from logos or the honeycomb structure of a grille. Because exterior dirt is often sandy, it is important to rinse the brush regularly in a bucket of clean water during the job to prevent spreading dirt across the paintwork.
After use, rinse the brush thoroughly to remove all chemical residue. Hang the brush up or lay it down to dry; thanks to the choice of material, the bristles retain their shape and resilience, ready for the next wash.
