SCANGRIP DIFFUSER
What's so special about the Diffuser?
The light diffuser is designed to spread and soften the light, allowing you to illuminate an entire workspace and avoid harsh shadows. It gives you more functionality and new possibilities to adapt your work light even further to the specific work task.
The cover is incredibly smooth and lightweight. The strong built-in magnets make it easy and safe to mount the cover onto your SCANGRIP light.
Using the SCANGRIP DIFFUSER in combination with the MULTIMATCH 3 significantly increases the functionality of the work light, as the diffuser softens and spreads the light across the car's surface, helping you avoid glare and harsh shadows. The SCANGRIP DIFFUSER is particularly suitable for checking high spots in coatings, as well as for repairing car dents and detecting dust particles on paintwork.

How do you use the diffuser?
Choose the correct size Scangrip Diffuser that fits your specific Scangrip work light (the diffusers are available for the Nova and Multimatch series, among others). Ensure that the front panel of your work light is clean and free of dust.
Hold the diffuser in front of the lens of the switched-on work light. The built-in magnets in the edge of the diffuser will immediately pull themselves rock-solid onto the metal ring of the lamp housing. Set the lamp to the desired intensity. You will immediately notice that the bright 'hotspot' in the center of the light beam disappears and makes way for an even, soft blanket of light. Use this diffused light to buff coatings perfectly flat or to inspect the paint without glare. Want to remove the diffuser? Simply grab it by the convenient tab on the side and pull it effortlessly off the lamp.
