What's so special about the Matchpen?
The MATCHPEN is a slimly designed, small penlight that is easy to carry and always at hand in your pocket. The light output is very powerful, and the color recognition is excellent.
The penlight is equipped with a focus function for a concentrated and focused light beam with a range of 10° to 70°. 2 AAA batteries are included.
The penlight is designed for inspection in the workshop and is particularly suitable for detecting scratches, pinholes, and swirls. Made of sturdy and durable aluminum, it features a solvent-resistant glass lens.

How do you use the Matchpen?
Unscrew the back of the penlight to insert two AAA batteries (paying attention to the correct polarity) and screw the cap back on firmly. Press the rubber button on the back to turn the light on.
Point the light beam at an angle of approximately 45 degrees to the paintwork to make scratches, holograms, and paint defects optimally visible. Slide the lens head forward or backward to focus the light beam: use the concentrated spot for inspecting deep scratches and dust particles, and the wide beam for general color assessment or larger surfaces. Turn off the lamp after use to save battery power and store it safely in your pocket or detailing bag using the metal clip.
