The MATCHPEN R is an easy-to-carry penlight with excellent color rendering properties, ensuring you always have a color match at hand in your shirt or pants pocket. Designed for inspection in the workshop and especially useful for detecting scratches, pinholes, and swirls.
The MATCHPEN R features a 2-color light function, allowing you to choose between 2 different color temperatures, depending on the job.
A focus function is available for a concentrated and focused light beam from 10° to 45°. The penlight is made of sturdy and durable aluminum, features a solvent-resistant glass lens, and is easy to charge with the included USB cable.

How do you use the Matchpen R?
The Matchpen R is easy to charge via the included USB cable. The charging port is located under the screw cap at the back, which protects the electronics against dust and dirt.
Press the button at the back to switch on the lamp. By briefly pressing the button again, you can switch between the two color temperatures. Use the warm setting for light paintwork and the cold setting for dark colors to increase the contrast of defects. To adjust the light beam, slide the head of the lamp forward (for a bright spot) or backward (for a wide spread). Thanks to the sturdy clip, you can safely attach the lamp to your breast pocket or belt after use. Clean the lens regularly with a dry cloth to maintain the sharpness of the light beam.
