What's so special about the High Performance Yellow Fine Finishing Foam Pad?
The new RUPES D-A foam pad range is the result of years of research, testing and development and offers improved performance, versatility
and an optimized user experience. These innovative new pads, specifically developed to complement the high-performance D-A compounds, feature patented foam formulas and a patented contoured edge design that has been extensively tested and optimized for both gear-driven and eccentric tool movements. The lower pad height, combined with the all-new foam materials, optimizes energy transfer from the tool to the application surface for more effective defect removal and a higher quality finish.
The contoured edge design is strategically designed to ensure safe operation near edges. Furthermore, the new path profile improves the consistency of path movement in curves and contours by reducing path deformation.
With every adjustment to the pad materials and design, RUPES engineers and product developers carefully considered the user experience to ensure users experience greater stability, performance, and ease of use. The DA FINE foam pad is the most versatile in the RUPES BigFoot range, providing effective defect removal and a high-gloss finish on most paint systems. Combine it with RUPES DA-FINE polishing compound for removing moderate to fine defects, refining paint, or providing the final finish after heavy polishing.
This new pad offers the same excellent foam material as the current eccentric yellow foam, expanded to also work with gear-driven eccentric polishing pads, but with a more vibrant yellow tint.
