What's so special about these Ramps?
Low sports cars are often difficult to drive onto a lift without causing damage. To solve this problem, Böck has developed the GG-D1000.H50 drive-on ramp. With this ramp, all scissor and four-post lifts can be accessed without damage. Böck has designed the approach angle of the 50 mm high ramp so that even vehicles with low-mounted spoiler lips can be driven onto the lift platform safely. For low ramps for in-ground lifts, Böck recommends the GG-D1000.H30 or GG-D1000.H40 ramp with a 30 mm or 40 mm approach height.
The ramp is very easy to use. The high-density, sturdy rubber ramp is simply placed on the edge of the lift. The anti-slip rubber compound and the weight of the ramp prevent it from slipping on the workshop floor—even under high dynamic loads. No additional floor mounting elements are required. Recessed handles on both sides make aligning the ramp simple. The handles also facilitate transport and can be used to hang the ramp on the wall.
For medium-height and double scissor lifts, the ramp works well in combination with the 165035 rubber block. This ultra-flat rubber block can be easily slid and positioned between the sill mount and the lift.
The GG-D1000.H50 ramp is suitable for sports cars and lowered custom cars or vehicles with faulty Hydragas or air suspension. This ramp is universally applicable, making it a bestseller in the range. Every workshop should have one.

How do you use the Ramp?
Place the ramp with the high side flush against the threshold or obstacle. Ensure the surface is clean and free of grease to optimally utilize the natural grip of the rubber. Due to the higher weight and the thickness of 50 mm, these plates are very stable; however, in cases of very intensive traffic, the plates can be interconnected or anchored to the ground. Maintenance is minimal: remove leaves and coarse debris with a broom and rinse with water if necessary to keep the open, draining structure of the granulate clean.
